I provided my credit card information for a deposit ($50 USD) upon check in. Crystal was helpful and responsive via email and phone, and was ultimately able to find the error that was made, however I have yet to receive a refund on my credit card. For this reason I would not recommend staying here. · Free cancellation before 30 August. After that, the reservation is non-refundable.
