In an effort to remedy this issue, maintenance was brought in to complete the repair which took approximately one hour. All other claims mentioned were completely false, exaggerated and mentioned only on the MORNING OF YOUR CHECK-OUT, in what seems to be an attempt to obtain a refund for your vacation. · You confirmed our thought when you requested a full refund of $2805 from AirBNB. We take full responsibility and sympathized with the thought of you having two uncomfortable nights during your stay - Which we in return offered to Airbnb the option of making a partial refund totaling $1402.50. After AirBNB concluded their thorough investigation, the decision made by Airbnb was to award you $450.00.
