Cancellation
Free cancellation for 24 hours. Cancel before 24 August for a partial refund. · For that reason, I find it disingenuous that your review omits the considerable efforts we made to accommodate you, the fact that your entire stay was refunded, and that you declined additional service attempts. It also leaves out that the service gate was damaged after you forced it open when the established check-in procedures were not followed. · At the end of the day, reasonable people can recognize the difference between an unavoidable maintenance issue and a host who ignores a problem. We responded immediately, brought in multiple professionals after hours, offered continued service attempts, and ultimately refunded your entire stay despite the issue affecting only one amenity. · The record of communication, refunds, timestamps, and footage speaks for itself. While we accept that not every guest experience will be perfect, we do expect reviews to reflect the full truth rather than a selective version of events.
